At Kettler, we want you to be completely satisfied with your home and garden furniture. If your purchase doesn't perfectly fit your space, you can return any unused item in its original packaging within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your account portal or contact our customer service team with your order number to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully disassemble your furniture if necessary and place all components, hardware, and manuals back into the original protective packaging.

• 3.
  Schedule a Pickup

  For large patio sets or heavy equipment, we will coordinate a specialized courier pickup; for smaller home accessories, a prepaid shipping label will be provided.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
